Bacchus Brewing Company is a small craft brewery established in 2012 located just outside of Ithaca in Dryden, New York. In just over three years we have been able to create a presence in our community with our focus on making fine, hand-crafted beers with character and a level of quality that is constantly being met and exceeded. Our staff, while small in number, plays significant roles in bringing this family together. Our goal is to continue to supply this region we love with high-quality local beer. Open Daily Year Round for Tastings, & Sales 10am-5pm
(We are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving & New Year’s Day.).
Fridays from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend we are open until 10pm for live music with food, craft beer, and wine.

In addition to our Brewery here in Dryden, Our Taproom and Beer Garden are open at Americana Vineyards in Interlaken on the other side of Cayuga Lake too! (Well okay, the Beer Garden is seasonal, but the Taproom is open all year round every day except Christmas and Thanksgiving.) Our beers are also available in their Crystal Lake Café, where you can grab a great from-scratch meal! Oh, and be sure to stop in for the Taproom Happy Hour on Saturday nights (6-8p) all winter for 1/2 price second pints and all your favorite table games like chess, backgammon, checkers, cards and jenga!
