Grist Iron Brewing Company

Opened in the spring of 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Company joined a growing league of fine craft beer artisans along the shores of Seneca Lake, NY.  We were deliberate with every detail that went into the design of the brewery from the craft beers on tap to the music on the stereo so we can make sure that Grist Iron Brewing is a place you’ll want to return. Food is important so along with a fantastic craft beer selection, made by brewer and co-owner Patrick Palmer, artisanal pizzas serve as the foundation for our pub-style menu using as many fresh, local ingredients as possible.
